[RAPEX] Overview of RAPEX notifications in Week 37, 2012

In Sep.14, 2012, European Commission released the weekly overview report of rapex（The Rapid Alert System for Non-Food Products ） notification of week 37. There are 45 notifications in this week which number has increased compared to week 36.

The  product categories most frequently notified through the RAPEX system on week 37 were：
• Clothing, textiles and fashion items(17notifications, 37.78%)

• chemical products (16 notifications, 35.56%)

• Toys (3 notifications, 6.67%)
 

The four most frequently notified risk categories were:

• Chemical (17notifi ations, 37.78%)

• Injuries (12 notifications, 26.67%)

• Injuries and strangulation (4 notifications, 8.89%)

• strangulation (3 notifications, 6.67%)
