8 items no longer asked to obtain the China Compulsory Certi

In Aug. 13, 2012,  the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) announced that the China Compulsory Certification (3C certification) no longer apply to the 8 items below：

1.mining sets of soft rubber cables;

2.Financial and trade settlement electronic equipment;

3.Sound and television signal cable distribution system equipment and parts;

4.Satellite TV broadcasting receiver;

5.tuner;

6.Black and white television receiver and other monochrome television receiver;

7.The "seat armor" of Car inner decoration ;

8.All the Car inner decoration products which size not larger than basic sample size (356mm×100mm), such as sealing strip, side rein, the cover cap of the Audio speakers and so on.

From Aug. 13, 2012, designated certification organizations should not implement the certification for the 8 items and revoke their certifications which issued before. The certified enterprise can only return the unused certification to the certification body and get a refund after verification.
