Leading software provider SAP implements the SIN List in the

Market leading enterprise software provider SAP will implement the SIN list in their tools next year. The SIN List will be implemented into the SAP material and product safety solution, used by many chemical producing companies, which contains information about products and formulations and their possible inclusion in regulations, and now also if they are present on the SIN list.

SAP provides software-related services in order to give guidance to companies, how to more efficiently and sustainably manage business operations, comply with the increasing numbers of health and environment regulations around the world, and decrease costs and efforts of managing environment, health and safety risks.

– With the inclusion of the SIN List, we will help our customers to identify critical ingredients in their product portfolio. Having the SIN List data directly available in the customer's SAP environment, health and safety management system allows our customers to search for products containing Substances of Very High Concern from the SIN List so that they may be replaced, says Stefanie Nix, SAP product manager.
