New listing of six triazines under Prop 65

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will add the listing of six triazines (Atrazine, Propazine, Simazine, DEA, DIA and DACT) under Proposition 65 effective on 15 July 2016.
 
The details for the chemicals are as follows:

The listing of six chemicals was initially effective on 27 March 2015, but delayed by legal challenges. Therefore, a new effective date has been set.
 
The notice finalises that Atrazine, Propazine, Simazine, DEA, DIA and DACT listed under list of Proposition 65 will be effective on 15 July 2016. Businesses should pay due care on related obligations and responsibilities.
