Ethylene Glycol is added to the list of Proposition 65

Effective in 19 June 2015, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is adding ethylene glycol (ingested) (CAS No. 107-21-1) to The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 under Proposition 65 due to its reproductive toxicity at high oral doses.

All products sold in California containing Ethylene Glycol shall bear warning mark according to relevant requirements of Proposition 65. All substances in the list shall not be discharged or released into drinking water.
 
There is one year as the transitional period for enterprises to eliminate Ethylene Glycol contained in the products or add warning mark on the products since effective date.
