New amendments to Annex XVII of REACH legislation
The commission regulation (EU) No 126/2013 published in official journal of European Union on Feb. 14, 2013 amended Annex XVII to regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). This regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
Regulation (EU) No 126/2013 makes 11 amendments involved deleting the Item 42, adopting new standards relating to testing methods for AZO colorants and AZO dyes. There are 59 valid intems listed on the Annex XVII to REACH legislation.
