The Proposition 65 Adds PFOA and PFOS

9 November 2017, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) update the list of chemicals of Proposition 65, adding perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) known to the state to cause reproductive toxicity, effective from 10 November 2017.
