Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) Molecular Weight Testing
Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), abbreviated as GPC, utilizes the differential elution time of molecules of various sizes through a gel column to separate molecules of different molecular weights in high polymers. The intensity and elution time of each eluted component are measured using a refractive index detector. By comparing the elution time of unknown samples with the standard curve of known standard materials in terms of elution time and molecular weight, the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of each eluted component of the unknown sample can be determined.
REACH Annex XVII Testing
All products intended for sale in EU shall comply with REACH Annex XVII- “Restrictions on the Manufacture, Placing on the Market and Use of Certain Dangerous Substances, Preparations and Articles” also known as "Restricted Substances List (RSL)". REACH Annex XVII sets restrictions by limiting the use or presence of substances in certain articles or banning all the uses. Suppliers should ensure the presence of the restricted substances shall not exceed the threshold limits specified in the RSL.

REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Testing and Services
A Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC), refers to any substance that has adverse effects on human health and the environment. SVHC Notification: Submit notification to the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) if any SVHC on the Candidate List present in an article has a concentration above 0.1% (w/w) and the total amount of the SVHC exceeds 1 tonne per annum per producer or importer.
Composition Analysis
C&K Testing is equipped with the most advanced testing center (“Center”) for analysis of unknown substances. Established as per ISO/IEC 17025, the Center can fully perform component and formulation analysis with accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and China Metrology Accreditation (CMA). Our reports enjoy international creditability as recognised by authoritative bodies and well-known businesses. Meanwhile the advanced instruments in our lab enable us to perform full range of our analytical services in the fields of rubber and plastics.
Performance Testing
Our service covers natural rubber and synthetic rubber in the fields of vehicles, buildings, electronic and electrical equipment, including rubber shoes, rubber belts, raincoats, hot-water bags, erasers, gums, sponge rubber from ping-pong bats and toys.
Antibacterial Testing
Antibacterial testing is to detect the inhibitory effect of some materials on certain microorganisms, including bacteria testing and mold testing. Testing the antibacterial properties of daily chemical products, disinfection products, coatings films, metal materials, building materials, ceramics, leather, textiles/knitwear, polymer materials, packaging materials, nanomaterials, photocatalytic materials, insulating materials, etc. It is an important measure for protection and also a legal obligation required by the state for product operators.
