On 29 Aug. 2016, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and Standardisation Administration of the People's Republic of China published Chinese National Standards Notification No. 14 of Year 2016 to approve 319 national standards, the majority of which targets at electrical and electronic products including guidance and test standards for hazardous substances.
