The European Commission validated 416 RASFF notifications this month, including 386 notifications on food, accounting for 92.79%; 22 notifications on feed, accounting for 5.29%; 8 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 1.92%, in which 7 products from China are contained, accounting for 87.5%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
