The European Commission validated 321 RASFF notifications this month, including 296 notifications on food, accounting for 92.21%; 16 notifications on feed, accounting for 4.98%; 9 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 2.81%. 7 of the products are from China, accounting for 77.78%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
