The European Commission validated 314 RASFF notifications this month, including 270 notifications on food, accounting for 85.99%; 40 notifications on feed, accounting for 12.74%; 4 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 1.27%, in which 2 products from China are contained, accounting for 50%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
