The European Commission validated 312 RASFF notifications this month, including 266 notifications on food, accounting for 85.26%; 28 notifications on feed, accounting for 8.97%; 18 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 5.77%. 15 of the products are from China, accounting for 83.33%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
