The European Commission validated 384 RASFF notifications this month, including 333 notifications on food, accounting for 86.72%; 35 notifications on feed, accounting for 9.11%; 16 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 4.17%. 13 of the products are from China, accounting for 81.25%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
