The European Commission validated 341 RASFF notifications this month, including 301 notifications on food, accounting for 88.27%; 25 notifications on feed, accounting for 7.33%; 15 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 4.4%, in which 10 products from China are contained, accounting for 66.67%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
