The European Commission validated 305 RASFF notifications this month, including 269 notifications on food, accounting for 88.2%; 26 notifications on feed, accounting for 8.5%; 10 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 3.28%. 10 of the products are from China, accounting for 100%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
