The European Commission validated 292 RASFF notifications this month, including 268 notifications on food, accounting for 91.78%; 18 notifications on feed, accounting for 6.16%; 6 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 2.05%, in which 5 products from China are contained, accounting for 83.33%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
