The European Commission validated 355 RASFF notifications this month, including 315 notifications on food, accounting for 88.73%; 23 notifications on feed, accounting for 6.48%; 17 notifications on food contact materials (FCMs), accounting for 4.79%. 13 of the products are from China, accounting for 76.47%.
The prime hazards for FCMs are migration of elements.
