QB/T 1002-2015 applies to natural leather, synthetic materials or combination of several materials for leather shoes (including boots). However, it does not apply to shoes of safety protection in other special uses, nor leather shoes (boots) for infants and children which are under regulation of QB/T 2880-2007.
The amended standard adds six items as the following:

Furthermore, QB/T 1002-2015 also amends sensory quality, flexing resistance, heel hardness, heel adhesion and labelling.
