C&K Testing's CPSC accreditation reviewed and renewed

Our lab’s CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) accreditation has passed a two-year review and renewal on 16 March 2016.

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), enacted in 2008, requires each children’s product to access U.S. should obtain safety certification from a CPSC-recognised 3rd-party testing body. Back in June 2011, C&K Testing had become a CPSC-recognised lab with its accreditation and qualification to perform professional testing on consumer products (including textile products, plastics, rubber, toys and children’s products).
 
The laboratory will soon be listed on the CPSC website at http://www.cpsc.gov/cgi-bin/labsearch/.
