On 16 Sept. 2016, the European Commission published amendment draft of Annex XIV under REACH Regulation. Twelve substances for authorisation were proposed to include. The draft is open for opinions from 16 Sept. 2016 to 14 Oct. 2016.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. C&K Testing advises businesses should keep updated with Annex IV to REACH Regulation with due care.
