Helsinki, 5 February 2018- ECHA recommended to add seven substances of very high concern (SVHCs) to the Annex XIV of REACH Authorization List. Two of these substances are toxic for reproduction. The other five have persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) or very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) properties.
The seven substances to add to the Annex XIV are as follows:

If the seven substances are added to the list of authorized substances, the company will need to apply for authorization for the specified use before using or putting it on the market.
