Denmark to tighten chemical control over products for childr
Published: Author: Visits: 1230

Over the next three years, Denmark will tighten control over textiles, toys and electronics that children are in contact with.

Container ships carrying such products for children and young people will be subject to strict chemical inspection by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The inspections will aim to verify that products entering Denmark comply with chemical legislation in the country and in the EU.

As a result, the new Toy Safety Directive will become effective on 20 July. Cirs is ready to take it. We can help people who send their products to EU with toy assessment. If needed you can check the PDF about Chemical Safety Assessment(in chinese).
