[CPSC] Overview of CPSC notifications on recalls in September 2018

Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalls 23 batches of products in September 2018. There are 14 batches of Chinese products, accounting for 60.87%.

Based on our statistics, the Chinese products notified through the CPSC in September were as below:

2018-09-28	Name: Mason & Billy action dolls and Mason & Billy HeForShe special edition action dolls Units : About 8,500 (in addition, about 40 were sold in Canada) Recall number : 18-234 Manufactured in : China	The joints on the vinyl dolls can break, creating broken pieces that pose a choking hazard to young children.	Boy Story has received about 32 reports of the vinyl breaking on the joints. No injuries have been reported.	Refund
