[CPSC] Overview of CPSC notifications on recalls in July 2019

Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalls 32 batches of products in July 2019. There are 27 batches of Chinese products, accounting for 84.375%.

Cycling Sports Group has received reports of 11 incidents worldwide of the bicycle’s fork breaking, including five in the United States. 2019-07-30	Name: Magnetic Trivets Units : About 350000 Recall number : 19-765 Manufactured in : China	Magnets can detach from the trivets, posing an ingestion hazard to children.When two or more magnets are swallowed, they can link together inside the intestines and clamp onto body tissues, causing intestinal obstructions, perforations, sepsis and death. Internal injury from magnets can pose serious lifelong health effects.	Tristar Products has received one report of magnets detaching from a trivet and being swallowed by a child. The child suffered intestinal perforations and blockage, requiring surgery.	Replace
