The above products are notified for various hazards, among which fall tops all other risks. Accompanying remedies (refund, replacement and repair) are taken for such notifications. The above diagrams show that household products are most frequently notified and home appliances come next to that.
As notified on the CPSC website, some customers have already got injured due to the potential hazards.
