8 November 2017, China National Health and Family Planning Commission released the Project Plan of 2017 for the National Food Safety Standards (《2017年度国家食品安全标准立项计划》). Concerned unit are required to draft the standards based on the Food Safety Law and the Regulations for the Administration of National Food Safety Standards (《食品安全国家标准管理办法》).
In this paper, 4 items of standards on food contact materials and articles will be revised, and 1 brand new standard on food contact materials and 2 testing methods of food contact materials and articles will be formulated. The details are as follows:
