September 28, 2017, China National Health and Family Planning Commission requested public comments on project plan of 2017 national food safety standard (Consultation Paper).The deadline for consultation is October 15, 2017.
In this consultation paper, four items of Food Contact National Standards, which came into effect before long, will be revised and a brand new Food Contact Material and Articles will be formulated, including two items of Testing methods of Food Contact Materials and Articles. All details are below:

In addition, a standard of composite food contact materials and articles and a standard of wood and bamboo product for food contact use are under revision.
