During May to September 2016, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) has organized 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) covers general merchandise, textiles, electrical and electronic equipment, construction and décor materials, agricultural means of production, machinery and safety protection, electrical engineering and materials. The random inspection involves 7,773 products from 7,773 companies.
Upon inspection, the detect rate of non-compliance is 6.6% (513 batches of products do not comply with relevant standards).

Quality and Technical Supervision Departments at all levels will treat the violated companies and non-compliant products by laws.
