1 October 2019， ECHA released a draft, proposing to add 18 SVHC into the authorized list of REACH regulation (Annex XIV). These substances include 13 toxic for reproduction substances, a very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) substance and two respiratory sensitizers. All of these substances can pose a threat to human health or the environment.
